Questions

Before You Begin

Do I need a consultation first?
Yes. Your Vaidya needs to assess you and your reports before recommending Panchakarma, day-care or admission, and how many days you need.
Is Panchakarma safe for everyone?
Panchakarma is adapted to each person. Some conditions (pregnancy, certain heart conditions, very low body weight) need a modified approach — your Vaidya will advise after reviewing your history.
Can a family member stay with me?
One attendant can usually stay with an admitted patient. Please tell us when planning your admission.
Is Panchakarma covered by health insurance?
Many health insurance policies cover inpatient Ayurvedic (AYUSH) treatment at accredited hospitals, and we are NABH accredited. Cover depends on your policy, so check with your insurer or TPA first — we provide the records and bills they need.
What should I bring?
Your medical reports, a list of current medicines, comfortable loose clothes and a photo ID. Don't stop any prescribed medicine on your own — your Vaidya will advise.
