How we collect, use and safeguard your personal and health information.

Sahibcure Ayurvedic ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and applicable international standards.

Information we collect

  • Booking details: your name, phone number, optional email, chosen Vaidya, date, time, consultation type, and anything you choose to tell us about your health.
  • Call-back requests: name, phone number, area of interest and optional message.
  • Reviews: the name you choose to show, your star rating and review text. Reviews are published on the website straight away, with your consent; our team removes any that are abusive, promotional or contain private details. Ask us at any time to remove your review.
  • Technical data: an anonymous session identifier stored in your browser so you can see your own bookings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The background video on our home page is played from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); YouTube may receive your IP address and browser details when it loads.

How we use it

Only to arrange and deliver your care, and contact you about your booking or call-back request. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

Storage & security

Data is stored with Google Cloud (Firebase), encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted by strict security rules: only authorised care staff can view bookings, and you can view only your own. Our site uses a strict Content Security Policy and HTTPS everywhere.

Retention

Booking records are kept for as long as required for medical record-keeping under Indian law, then deleted. Enquiries are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing sahibayurvedic01@gmail.com. You may also cancel any booking from My Bookings.

Patient rights

  • To be treated with dignity, privacy and without discrimination.
  • To clear information about your diagnosis, treatment options, risks and costs.
  • To a second opinion and to refuse or stop treatment.
  • To confidentiality of your medical records.

Terms of use

Content on this site is for general information and does not replace a consultation with a qualified physician. Ayurvedic treatment is prescribed only after an individual assessment. Booking a consultation does not create a treatment obligation until confirmed by our care team.
